I am an Engineer with over 30 years experience in Taranaki , New Zealand and Internationally. 

Most of my career has been with major  engineering consultants  worked mainly on infra structure projects  for local government large and small in New Zealand and overseas and this has given me an insight what is important , how needs vary for different places  and the solution isn't always the same.
